Our Story

Hidden Squares Concierge grew out of a genuine love for Savannah, its historic squares, layered past, and the everyday moments that give the city its character. After 18 years working in hospitality, focused on event and meeting planning, on site event assistance, and years in luxury travel, I wanted to create something more personal.

Hidden Squares was built to help people experience Savannah in a way that feels thoughtful, comfortable, and well cared for, without the guesswork or stress.

Meet Jamie

I’m Jamie Walker, a Georgia native, mom, and Savannah local for 20 years. My background spans many sides of hospitality, including planning events, group coordination, working behind the bar, fine dining serving and managing vacation homes.

I’m also a lifelong history lover drawn to Savannah’s stories, architecture, and the layers that make this city what it is today. When I’m not working, I’m usually at home with my family and pets, or out enjoying the neighborhoods and places that make Savannah feel like home.

At the heart of it all is the same goal: making people feel welcome and making sure everything is handled smoothly. Hidden Squares Concierge brings those years of experience together into one service that’s personal, practical, and rooted right here in Savannah.

Whenever possible, I work with local makers, guides, and small businesses because supporting the people behind Savannah is part of what makes a visit meaningful. Giving back is also important to me, and I stay involved locally through volunteer work and community efforts, which I share more about on my Local Ties & Giving Back page.
